| Splash at 6 months of age. | Splash at about 7 weeks of age. |
Splash was born November 10th, 2004, and came to us in May 2005. He is definitely a little "gentleman". He is sweet, affectionate and is right here when I call him. He lives up to his name well, because he LOVES the water. He's been known to just climb into the shower with me when he feels like it. He likes the pond, loves playing with the water in the garden hose and I bet when the summer heat gets really going this week, I bet he'll try to swim. He's a great mountain climber too! We have had great fun with both of them at the shows this summer & autumn of 2005. Splash will be on hiatus from Showing while he matures and will "dive back into the pool" in 2006....
Thank you Mary Marlowe of Rhamah Italian Greyhounds, for this lovely boy!
Some of his wins in 2005:
The little man went BOB/BPIB at the Kingston Kennel Club Show, June 18th, 2005!
This was his very first Show weekend! He is just 7 months old. We are VERY proud of him!
At 9 months of age, the boy needed a single to finish his Canadian Champion Title, and did it in style....a 5 point BOB/Group 3rd and BPIG at the Kilbride Kennel Club Show, August 12th, 2005!
Thank you Judge Lloyd Allewell for the wins & your special comments about our Splash!
At 9 months of age, again the little man did it AGAIN! Another Group 3rd/Best Puppy in Group under New Zealand Judge Kathleen Hardwick. Look at that beautiful lift in front! Many thanks to her and the other judges who have given my boy these SPECIAL wins!
Just shy of 11 months of age, Splash has again placed in the Group (4th), and Best Puppy in Group, this time under Judge Mr. Michael Gelinas!
Throughout 2006 and into 2007, Splash has been working in Agility and hopefully will be ready for his first trial at the SD&G Agility Trials in August 2007! He is really enjoying Agility! 2007 will be a VERY busy year for him as he will also be competing again in both CARA and LGRA racing, some lure coursing and he will be limitedly exhibited in Conformation Shows throughout 2007. Stay tuned for updates as the year progresses............
Here he is winning a Group 4th at the Kawartha Kennel Club Show, under Judge Heather Langfeld:

AND YET AGAIN....Yet another Group 3rd Placement under Judge "Skip" Lawrence Stanbridge:

He is maturing into a lovely dog.....
