Mikey was in 1st Place after the prelim run, but near the end of the final run, he became unsighted and could not finish the last bit of the course due to being unable to see the bunny. It was unfortunate, but this sometimes happens with IGs if the bunny gets a little too far ahead of them. They are so small that their line of vision is different than that of the whippets or greyhounds. A "bowl" shaped field is ideal for coursing Iggies, as they have less chance of becoming unsighted.

Artie is a 1/2 brother of several of my IGs (they share the same father). Artie was sent to me in July 2007 to try to find a good home for him. He was adopted by my friends Nancy & Brian Dixon. He's a very happy little "camper" in his new home, which he shares with two big greyhounds and a Scottish Deerhound. His new family love him dearly!
